2025 Snapshots & Financial Highlights: A Year of Impact

In 2025, Marin Community Clinics (MCC) continued to deliver essential care to the community, serving 38,221 patients—nearly 1 in 6 Marin County residents. The data reflects our deep commitment to access, equity, and whole-family care. Notably, 93.4% of patients rely on Medicaid or are dually eligible, and 12,475 are children, underscoring MCC’s vital role as a safety-net provider.

Our patient population reflects the diversity of Marin County, with the majority identifying as LatinX and 67.5% speaking a language other than English, highlighting the importance of culturally responsive care.

Financially, MCC remained strong, with $81 million in revenue and $80 million in expenses. The majority of funding comes from patient services, with additional support from grants and contributions. These resources are reinvested directly into care, with the largest portions supporting medical and behavioral health services, followed by dental care, administration, and community programs.

Despite ongoing challenges in the healthcare landscape, MCC continues to prioritize expanding access, improving outcomes, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care for all.
