If you have, a cough, fever, or other cold symptoms, please call (415) 448-1500.
We have phone and in-person appointments available at this time.

We believe families, friends and loved ones are an important part of your visit. As part of our commitment to managing and minimizing COVID-19 and influenza exposure, and in accordance with local and state guidelines, we have taken extra steps to protect our patients, staff, visitors and community by limiting the number of guests in our clinics.

To help with this effort, we are offering phone first visits when appropriate. Any exceptions will be arranged by your care team. For in-person visits, we are limiting the number of visitors in our clinics. At this time, only patients will be able to come in for their appointment. If the patient is a minor or dependent, one (1) caregiver will be able to accompany the patient. Unfortunately, children or family members will not be able to accompany the patient. If this causes a problem for you, please contact our call center at (415) 448-1500 and we will work to assist you.

Please avoid visiting clinic sites or accompanying patients if you have a cough, fever, or upper respiratory infection or are sick.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to protect our patients, employees, and community. Together, we can reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Call (415) 448-1500 to schedule a telephone or in-person visit.
