I am a dedicated nurse practitioner with a passion for global and community health. I completed my nurse practitioner training at UCSF and hold an an MPH in Infectious Disease Epidemiology from UC Berkeley. I served as a Peace Corps in Mozambique, and studied urban health disparities as a Fulbright Scholar in the Northeast of Brazil. I also served as a nurse educator in Haiti, empowering local healthcare professionals.

Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, I have worked in diverse clinical settings, including a community clinic in San Francisco’s Mission neighborhood, UCSF’s Women’s Health Primary Care clinic, and the urgent care and emergency departments at San Francisco General Hospital. My special interests include women’s health, infectious diseases, and improving primary care access and care coordination to reduce emergency department visits.

I believe in compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their health. My approach combines evidence-based medicine with cultural humility, striving to address both medical and social determinants of health. I am committed to building trust, fostering resilience, and advocating for the well-being of every patient I serve.
