2025 Annual Report

To Our Patients, Partners, and Supporters,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am proud to share the 2025 Annual Report. This report is more than a collection of numbers – it reflects our organization’s financial stability, strategic focus, and enduring commitment to the communities we serve.

This past year, the Board remained focused on ensuring sustainable growth rooted in our mission. Together, we navigated a complex healthcare landscape with a clear goal: to strengthen our clinics, improve health outcomes, and expand access to care. The Board is especially grateful for the leadership of our new CEO, Brenda Shipp, and her remarkable team. Brenda’s vision, compassion, and focus on collaboration have brought new energy to our organization.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our staff, and the trust of our partners, we closed the year on strong footing. Your support allows us to invest in our workforce, strengthen essential services, and advance programs that help families stay healthy, connected, and thriving.

I extend my deepest appreciation to my fellow volunteer Board members for their leadership and to our community partners for their steadfast collaboration. Your commitment and support are the catalysts for the progress reflected in the pages that follow The Whole Family Care philosophy is not just a clinical goal – it is a community promise. Thank you for helping us keep it.
