2025 Annual Report

In 2025, Marin Community Clinics continued delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to over 38,000 patients — nearly 1 in 6 Marin County residents. Our integrated model focused on prevention, early intervention, and whole-person care to improve outcomes across the community.

Additionally, in June 2025, Marin Community Clinics received Partnership HealthPlan’s Primary Care QIP Top Performer Award for 2024 performance. MCC ranked #2 among 127 organizations, achieving 92.65% of incentives and earning over $3.5 million. The award recognizes excellence in prevention, chronic disease management, access to care, and patient experience.
