At Marin Community Clinics, we believe healthcare is a right—not a privilege. For that reason, we work every day to ensure care is accessible to all.
In 2024, we served more than 38,000 patients across Marin County. Importantly, this total included 12,475 children, reflecting our strong focus on family and pediatric care.
Additionally, 88% of our patients rely on Medicaid or are dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare. At the same time, 85% live at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, which is just over $29,000 annually for one person. These numbers highlight the financial challenges many families face when seeking care.
Because nearly one-third of our patients are under age 18, MCC plays a critical role in supporting children and families. As a result, we remain a trusted lifeline for those seeking care that is accessible, compassionate, and dependable.
Together, these facts reflect our commitment to meeting patients where they are and ensuring no one is left behind.
