Marin Community Clinics and our wonderful supporters celebrated the Summer Solstice and a healthy Marin with a wonderful evening of music, food, wine, and fun on Wednesday, June 25th, at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross.
It was a perfect evening for celebrating the achievements of exceptional Marinites who are dedicated to improving the lives of Marin’s low-income and uninsured residents. Awards were made to the 2014 Community Health Champions:
Judie Shaw, the “Book Lady” of Novato, and Dr. Albert Varner, founder of Marin Gastroenterology; and our two youth honorees, Keila Itzun and Jocelyn Lezama.
