2025 HRSA CHQR Honors: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) awards Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges to Health Centers nationwide that demonstrate excellence in access, quality, health outcomes, and health information technology. These prestigious honors highlight the achievements of clinics like MCC that are setting benchmarks in delivering patient-centered, whole-person care.

In 2025, Marin Community Clinic was awarded 2 Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) awards:

  • High-Value Care
  • Health Center Quality Leader-Bronze

2025 CHQR badges

MCC received these awards because we:

  • Exceeded the Quality Score 18.0 based on the most improved quality measures in the top 20% of national health centers
  • Fell below the Percentage Cost Growth Benchmark (2.54%) based on the growth rate of total costs per patient in the top 30% of national health centers

MCC was 1 of only 19 California clinics to be awarded the new High-Value Care award. Congratulations to our Care Teams!

Raising the Standard in Community Health

This recognition highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality, whole-person care where it’s needed most. At MCC, we go beyond medical treatment—we care for the whole individual by integrating physical, mental, and social health services. By addressing barriers to care and supporting the broader needs of our patients, we create lasting pathways to healthier lives and stronger communities.

Continuing the Commitment

While this recognition is a milestone, it’s not the finish line. We remain focused on strengthening our services, deepening patient trust, and ensuring that quality care is accessible to all. Every achievement reflects the passion and dedication of our staff—and the positive impact we make together with our patients and supporters.
