Mark was born and raised in suburban New York City and attended NYC public schools and then graduated from Harpur College, Binghamton University in 1975. Attended NYU Medical school from 1975 to 1979 and then was an intern, resident and Senior Resident in Department of Medicine at Bellevue and University hospitals (1979-1982). My fellowship training was at UCSF Medical Center in Cardiology (1982-1985) with additional mentorship in Interventional Cardiology at San Francisco Heart Institute. I practiced an Marin and San Francisco from 1985 to 2023 in clinical , interventional and preventative cardiology as well as holding positions of medical leadership in our medical group, hospital and Meritage Medical Network. My practice style engages patient participation and education in order to achieve outstanding medical results.
