In June 2025, Marin Community Clinics (MCC) received Partnership HealthPlan’s Primary Care Physician Quality Improvement Program (QIP) Top Performer Achievement Award, recognizing the outstanding care our providers and care teams delivered in 2024.
This honor is awarded to provider organizations serving capitated Medi-Cal members who achieve more than 90% of the QIP total incentives. MCC exceeded this standard, reaching 92.65% of the incentive pool—ranking #2 out of 127 provider organizations statewide. This accomplishment resulted in more than $3.5 million earned in incentives through the program.

The Primary Care QIP is the largest of Partnership’s incentive programs, rewarding providers who meet targets in critical areas such as:

Expanding Impact Through Additional Quality Programs
In addition to the Primary Care QIP, MCC actively participates in other incentive programs that directly benefit our patients:

Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Quality Incentive Program – Part of the CalAIM initiative, ECM supports patients with complex health and social needs through care management services and interventions designed to improve long-term outcomes.

Perinatal Quality Incentive Program (Perinatal QIP) – Provides financial incentives for delivering high-quality, timely prenatal and postpartum care for Partnership HealthPlan members.
