Call our Central Appointment Line at (415) 448-1500 to schedule, change, or reschedule an appointment.

Direct Scheduling: Appointents for primary medical care, dental care, optometry, and pregnancy services can be scheduled without a referral.
Specialty Services: Specialty care, including behavioral health services, requires a referral from an MCC primary care provider.
Same-Day Appointments: Same-day appointments may be available, depending on provider schedules and availability.
After-Hours Nurse Advice: If you need medical guidance when our clinics are closed, call (415) 448-1500 to connect with an advice nurse.

Making the Most of a Phone or Video Visit

Before your visit, please have your prescription medications.
For video visits, please have a Wifi connection and device with a camera.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a patient who is a minor or a dependent, please make sure the patient is present.
Please turn your ringtone on and be in a private, safe space with little distractions (ex: avoid traveling in a car).
Please be available 30 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment time, and note that call may come from a blocked caller ID.
