The Marin Community Clinics’ Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) Department is committed to respecting and protecting the rights of our patients and families. The Health Information Management staff is responsible for maintenance and confidentiality of all patient records. Any patient over the age of 18 or his/her legal representative has the right to request a copy of their medical records.
