Jessica McFadden is a Nurse Case Manager on the Complex Care team at MCC, working to engage and build trust with populations that have historically been marginalized within the healthcare system. Jessica is passionate about collaborating with patients to help and empower them achieve their goals for their health and wellness. She wants her patients to feel heard, respected, advocated for and engaged in their care. She takes an evidence based, person centered, holistic approach to her work. Jessica hopes to work with her patients to decrease barriers to accessing and engaging in their health care.
Jessica grew up in Seattle, Washington. She has lived and worked in the Bay Area since completing her undergraduate degree at University of California, Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology. She completed her Masters Degree in Public Health Nursing at University of California, San Francisco.
When not working, Jessica enjoys all activities that get her outside, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
