Frank Tool is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with high interest dealing with HIV related services, chronic diseases management, and substance abuse. Frank encourages his patients’ health by providing unwavering support and teaching them healthful education.
In 2005, Frank received his Bachelors in Humanities/Global studies from New College of California. He then, in 2012, attended UCSF where he entered the Masters Entry Program in Nursing and later on received his Master’s—becoming a certified Nurse Family Practitioner.
Originally from Martinez, CA, Frank has worked all throughout the Bay Area in several health facilities. In his free time he enjoys hiking and cooking. Frank is also fluent in both Spanish and Indonesian.
