Cherilyn Mark is a Family Nurse Practitioner who believes in a comprehensive, whole-person approach to medicine. She is an advocate of prevention and feels strongly that healthy habits are key to maintaining one’s wellbeing. She meets patients where they are on their journey and encourages small, sustainable steps to a healthier life.
Cherilyn graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and went on to attend Columbia University where she studied to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to becoming a NP, she participated in programs that provided care to children affected by HIV and sickle cell disease, free health services to locals in Panama, and education about strokes to the communities of Los Angeles. Her experiences have steered her towards community health primary care where she believes there is the most opportunity to build trusting and lasting relationships with her patients.
Cherilyn grew up in the Bay Area and is happy to finally be home on the sunny west coast. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, rock climbing, and traveling. She speaks both English and Spanish.
