Cayenne Bierman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to providing adult patients with compassionate, supportive, trauma-informed behavioral healthcare. Ms. Bierman is particularly dedicated to serving our community’s most vulnerable individuals through both treatment and advocacy.
Ms. Bierman was born and raised in the North Bay and is committed to serving those in her community. She received a BA in Cultural Anthropology from San Francisco State University and earned a MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle. Ms. Bierman earned her LCSW in 2012 and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Following her undergraduate education, Ms. Bierman served in the Peace Corps in Turkmenistan and later worked with Internally Displaced Persons in Kosovo and Sri Lanka. Her work with these populations compelled her to seek out a career in Social Work. Working with displaced and homeless individuals continues to be her passion.
