Caitlin MacLaurin is an ANCC board certified Child and Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed since 2012. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology focusing on integration of body and mind before moving on to obtain her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nursing from University of Washington. Her clinical residencies focused on child, adolescent and adult psychiatry and psychotherapy.
Caitlin is passionate about collaborative care that supports patients to feel empowered in their own health and wellbeing. She is committed to helping optimize medication use as part of a broad whole-person approach to mental wellness. She has interest in natural and complementary medicine and intentional daily life practices that can enhance patient autonomy, outcomes and overall resiliency. She is committed to helping each of her patients flourish so they are more easily able to share their unique gifts with the world.
In her free time Caitlin enjoys physical activities such as trail running, surfing, ultimate Frisbee, yoga and volleyball, as well as creative arts and spending time with family and friends. She also loves travel and plans to continue developing her mastery of Spanish language and dance skills through visits to Mexico and Central and South America.
