The good news: Effective October 25th, Clinics patients can look forward to key benefits & an overall better patient experience resulting from this system upgrade. Our new medical record system is called Epic.
What this upgrade means for YOU:

Your personal health information will now be easily accessible for you and your MCC care team. You’ll soon be able to securely message your MCC provider, schedule appointments, and review test results – all from the convenience of your mobile device or computer.

Marin Community Clinics staff and providers will have better access to your most up-to-date records, and can work more efficiently for your health and time. Communication is key. The new system allows all of our care teams (including medical, behavioral health, and dental) to better communicate: with each other, with you, and with external providers (including health care organizations like MarinHealth or Kaiser). We’ll all be using one convenient system.

As part of this change, you will soon be able to sign-up and get access to a new patient portal/app called MyChart. We will assist patients in signing-up for MyChart. You will soon be able to us MyChart to conveniently manage important personal health information and appointments for you or your child/children, (if they too are a patients at Marin Community Clinics).
