Path to Health Program has Huge Enrollment Success
The Clinics’ Certified Enrollment Counselors have achieved first, second, and third place in the state for County Medical Service Program’s Path to Health enrollments. There are 13 counties participating in the Path to Health pilot program. Path to Health provides access for primary care and some specialty care to eligible patients who previously only had access to emergency Medi-Cal services.
Our Enrollment Counselors have enrolled 936 people since this pilot started in February of last year— and the number continues to grow. Kudos to our Enrollment Counselor team led by Armando Cerros!
